Overall, Transport Canada has met and exceeded its 80% service performance target in relation to the delivery of its grant and contribution programs.

Areas for improvement

Transport Canada will continue to explore opportunities for improving how the department delivers its grant and contribution programs. This includes enhancements to the automation of related business processes regarding the collection and management of required information.
